Beef Stroganoff with Pasta
Preparation
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to each side of the pan and spread evenly
- Place the steak neatly to one side of the pan in one layer
- Add 1 tablespoon of Tabasco sauce
- Add 1 tablespoon of liquid seasoning
- Place the pasta on the other side of the pan
- Add 2 tablespoon of flour to the steak and mix together
- Add 110 ml of hot water to the pasta
- Set your hob to maximum power
- Quickly sear the steak for about 3 minutes until browned on both sides
- Cover with a lid
- When you see steam condensing on the glass lid and escaping, reduce the heat to about one third and set the timer to 7 minutes
- Add more water to the pasta as it cooks if you need to
- Add shallots and peppers to the steak and replace the lid
- After 3 minutes,open the lid and add stock
- Add 1 tablespoon of mustard and 4 tablespoon of soured cream and mix together
- Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary
- Add more flour to thicken the sauce
- Replace the lid and continue cooking for 4 minutes
- Turn off the heat and let the food rest for 3 minutes
- Serve and enjoy
