Beef Stroganoff with Pasta


  • Button mushrooms
  • Sirloin steak in thin strips
  • Shallots
  • Red peppers
  • Pasta of your choosing
  • Soured cream
  • Mustard

Preparation Time: 3 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes


  • Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to each side of the pan and spread evenly
  • Place the steak neatly to one side of the pan in one layer
  • Add 1 tablespoon of Tabasco sauce
  • Add 1 tablespoon of liquid seasoning
  • Place the pasta on the other side of the pan
  • Add 2 tablespoon of flour to the steak and mix together
  • Add 110 ml of hot water to the pasta
  • Set your hob to maximum power
  • Quickly sear the steak for about 3 minutes until browned on both sides
  • Cover with a lid
  • When you see steam condensing on the glass lid and escaping, reduce the heat to about one third and set the timer to 7 minutes
  • Add more water to the pasta as it cooks if you need to
  • Add shallots and peppers to the steak and replace the lid
  • After 3 minutes,open the lid and add stock
  • Add 1 tablespoon of mustard and 4 tablespoon of soured cream and mix together
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary
  • Add more flour to thicken the sauce
  • Replace the lid and continue cooking for 4 minutes
  • Turn off the heat and let the food rest for 3 minutes
  • Serve and enjoy
