Beef Stroganoff with Pasta
Ingredients
Button mushrooms
Sirloin steak in thin strips
Shallots
Red peppers
Pasta of your choosing
Soured cream
Mustard
Preparation Time:

Preparation
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to each side of the pan and spread evenly
Place the steak neatly to one side of the pan in one layer
Add 1 tablespoon of Tabasco sauce
Add 1 tablespoon of liquid seasoning
Place the pasta on the other side of the pan
Add 2 tablespoon of flour to the steak and mix together
Add 110 ml of hot water to the pasta
Set your hob to maximum power
Quickly sear the steak for about 3 minutes until browned on both sides
Cover with a lid
When you see steam condensing on the glass lid and escaping, reduce the heat to about one third and set the timer to 7 minutes
Add more water to the pasta as it cooks if you need to
Add shallots and peppers to the steak and replace the lid
After 3 minutes,open the lid and add stock
Add 1 tablespoon of mustard and 4 tablespoon of soured cream and mix together
Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary
Add more flour to thicken the sauce
Replace the lid and continue cooking for 4 minutes
Turn off the heat and let the food rest for 3 minutes
Serve and enjoy
