Goat Meat Stew, Potatoes and vegetables


  • Sweet potatoes
  • Cassava
  • Yam
  • Goat meat
  • Different colour peppers
  • Carrots
  • Shallots

Preparation Time: 3 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes


  • Season the goat meat to taste with salt, peppers and meat Marsala
  • Add 2 tablespoon of liquid seasoning, 2 tablespoon of Tabasco sauce, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and mix well together
  • Season the yams, sweet potatoes and cassava with 1 tablespoon of liquid seasoning, 1 tablespoon of  Tabasco sauce and 1 tablespoon of  salt. Mix together well
  • Add 1 tablespoon of  oil to each side of the cooking pan and spread evenly
  • Add the marinated goat meat to one side of the cooking pan in one layer
  • Sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves over the goat meat
  • Add shallots, peppers and carrots over the goat meat
  • Place the sweet potatoes, yams and cassava on the other side of the cooking pan and cover the lid
  • Set your cooking hob to maximum power and place the cooking pan on the hob
  • When you see steam condensing on the glass lid and escaping, turn the heat down to a a third and set the timer to 10 minutes
  • After the first 5 minutes, turn the meat and vegetables over
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary
  • Add more water to the cassava, yam and sweet potatoes based on preference and for consistency
  • Replace the cooking lid and continue cooking for another 5 minutes
  • When the timer rings, turn off the heat
  • Let the food rest for 3 minutes
  • Serve and enjoy
