Diced sirloin steak
Potatoes
Carrot
Different color peppers
Broccoli

Preparation
Make sure all ingredients are diced, we aim for 2 – 3 cm
Start by seasoning the beef with 1 tablespoon of salt,olive oil, Tabasco sauce and liquid seasoning
Mix together.
Season the vegetables with 1 tablespoon of salt,olive oil, Tabasco sauce and liquid seasoning

Add 1 tablespoon of oil to each side of the pan and spread it evenly
Add the diced sirloin to one side of the pan
Separate the potatoes from other vegetables and add it to the pan
Set your hob to maximum power and add some water to the potatoes
When the meat starts to sizzle, cover with a lid and wait for 3 minutes . Make sure to stir every now and then
When the meat has browned on both sides, mix it together with the potatoes
Add the vegetables and a little bit of beef stock
Spread the contents evenly across the pan and replace the lid
When you see steam condensing on the glass lid and escaping, reduce the heat to one third
Set the timer to 6 minutes
After 4 minutes, open the lid and add cheese. taste and adjust seasoning as necessary
Add a drizzle of honey over both cooking sides
Use a spatula to blend in all the ingredients
Move everything over to the same side and mix together
Replace the lid and continue cooking for 2 minutes
Turn off the heat and let the food rest for 3 minutes
Serve and enjoy
